Precautions during installation:

1. Ensure that the shelf accessories are intact and the dimensions are correct.

2. Ensure that all accessories are manufacturer's supporting products.

3. Be sure to install on a level ground.

The installation of supermarket fruit and vegetable shelves is divided into the following steps:

1.The hanging single-sided column and footing are composed of column, footing and front baffle hanger. Before installation, check whether the parts are intact and whether the scale is correct. After inspection, install the footing adjusting screw and adjust the height of the footing screw according to the ground flatness.

2. After the column is installed, the back plate can be installed (the  supermarket  advantage of installing the back plate first is that it can fix the columns at both ends). The installation of the back plate is generally installed from bottom to top, and the hanging feet at both ends of the back plate can be inserted symmetrically into the inner long hole on the column. Other back plates shall be installed according to the same method.

3. The installation method of the front baffle is the same as that of the back plate. The hanging feet of the front baffle can be inserted symmetrically into the inner long hole on the hanger of the front baffle of the footing.

4. Next, install the bottom plate of the lower layer, put the bottom plate into the groove on the footing, and note that the inner side of the layer plate shall be close to the back plate to ensure that there is no supermarket  significant gap with the back plate.

5. The installation position of the bracket is determined by the number of layers of the shelf. After confirming the number of layers of the shelf, insert the bracket into the inner long hole on the column (the supermarket bracket and the back plate are placed in the same hole), and the bracket at both ends of the column shall also be horizontal.

6. After the bracket is installed, place the laminate stably on the bracket at both ends and adhere to the seamless fit with the back plate. Other laminates are the same way.
