The material of the shelves in China should be SS400 steel from the original factory of Baogang and the first factory of Shanghai Steel. It seems that there is not a set of strict and complete shelf industry standards in China, and few shelves can meet the European FEM shelf standards

2. The structure of the shelf and the shelf column should see whether the bending of the cross section is more and uniform. The more the shelf is, the better the structure is about uniform and symmetrical. The crossbeam of the shelf shall be determined by the hook structure of the crossbeam and the form of the crossbeam hanging to the column: it is better to have more hooks on the crossbeam, and the more force is applied, the better; The hook of the beam shall be hung on the column according to whether the contact between the hook and the column is close and consistent. The inside of the hook shall be close to the side of the column without clearance, so that the structure can be stable and durable under stress

3. The surface treatment of the shelf and the coating treatment on the shelf surface should be uniform and have strong adhesion. Whether the coating on the shelf surface is uniform depends on whether there is any omission at the inner edge of the shelf column hole. When checking, you can use hard objects to tap gently. If it is easy to fall off, it indicates that the shelf is easy to rust.

4. The welding process must be based on the evenness and fullness of the welded junction (fish scale zui is good), and there is no gap or missing weld.
